When the village lost its crops and the corrupt governor showed no mercy, someone had to take a stand. That someone was a lone girl named Konagi. Thanks to a mountain wizard she had the Power of Uprising, which could topple the region's daimyo (feudal lord) with one blow.

Between Konagi and victory are the governor and his mysterious drug, a ninja-stealth shogunate lackey and a girl with the power of witchcraft.
